NOT Design Oy (registration number: 3009097-5) designs and sells products to companies and individuals. These terms apply to purchases from our Etsy shop. Valid from 05.09.2019. We may update these terms — please review them before completing an order.
Prices & shipping
Product prices are shown on Etsy. Prices include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs depend on your location and are shown at checkout. Orders over €100 qualify for free delivery within applicable regions. We deliver to EU countries.
Ordering & payment
Orders are placed and paid through Etsy. You will receive confirmation by email. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will inform you promptly. Accepted orders form a binding contract together with these terms.
Delivery
Domestic orders are delivered via Posti. Estimated delivery: Finland 2–4 working days, Europe 4–8 working days.
Returns & complaints
Consumers may cancel within 14 days of receiving goods. Contact info@not.design for return instructions. Goods must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the product is defective.
Privacy
Your information is handled only by NOT Design Oy for order and customer service purposes. We collect anonymous usage data to improve our service.
