Terms of service and delivery

General

NOT Design Oy (registration number: 3009097-5) designs and sells products to companies and individuals. 

These terms of delivery are applied to all purchases from our web store and the products being delivered to the customers. 

These terms of delivery are valid as from 05.09.2019. We have the right to change these terms of delivery from time to time so please go through them before you complete your order.

Each product has their price marked on the product page. We reserve the right to change the prices of the  products and delivery expenses. The prices of the products include the value added tax (VAT) and you can see the amount of VAT in the shopping basket and in the order confirmation. During checkout the prices are adjusted according to your location..

We do not keep large stocks of our products, so if you are interested in ordering bigger amounts of a product that we have at the moment, please contact us at info@not.design.

Shipping

The shipping costs are based on your location and therefore they are not included in the price of our products. If your order is bigger than 100€, we will not charge you anything for the delivery. You will see the total amount (order + delivery costs) in your shopping basket before you accept your order. 

We deliver our products to EU countries at the moment.

We do not have large stocks of our products, so if you are interested in ordering bigger amounts of a product that we have at the moment, please contact us at info@not.design.

Ordering 

You can order any products available by adding them into the shopping cart and by accepting your order and by paying it. You will receive an order confirmation into the e-mail address you have provided us. If you have any trouble or questions at any time of the ordering process, please send them to us at info@not.design.  If, for some reason, we are not able to fulfill your order, we will inform you promptly about it. 

Your accepted order confirmed by us is binding and will form together with these terms of delivery a contract between us.

Payment

For paying your order, you can use your credit card or Klarna Checkout. By using Klarna Checkout you agree terms of Klarna AB (556737-0431, Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm). Terms can also be found on checkout. For any Klarna-payment related questions, please contact Klarna customer service.

Delivery

We will deliver your order via the delivery method set in our web store chosen by you when ordering. All domestic orders are delivered with Posti.

Delivery times (estimated)

Finland: 2-4 working days

Europe: 4-8 working days

Customer complaints

If you for some reason are not happy with the product you received and therefore want to cancel the deal, please contact us at info@not.design and we will provide you with the return address information. If you have received a damaged product, please include pictures of it as an attachment to this e-mail.   

If you are a consumer you have the right to cancel your order in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act by notifying your cancellation to us at the latest 14 days after you have received the goods, or the last lot of the delivery, or if it is a question of regular deliveries of goods at the latest 14 days after you have received the first shipment.

The right to cancel applies solely to, and the goods returned shall respectively be set in their original package, be unused, and be well packaged for the return delivery.

If you cancel your order you have to return the goods promptly and at the latest within 14 days after the cancellation notification, to the Return Address mentioned in these terms below. If needed you have to evidence that the goods are returned within the above mentioned return time (e.g. by showing the return receipt). You have to pay for the costs of the return of the goods. Such costs will not be returned to you.

When returning the goods, please attach your name and your contact information. We will return such payment promptly to you in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

 If a product is missing or damaged during the transport or if the delivery is otherwise not as you have ordered or if there is defect in the product, please notify this to our Customer service promptly and at the latest within 14 days so we can agree how to correct the situation. Regarding defects related to products ordered by consumers we adhere to the mandatory provisions of the consumer protection legislation.

In case of any dispute regarding your order we wish to settle such primarily with you. So please contact our Customer service in such matters so we can try to settle the question.

Privacy policy

Your information will only be handled by NOT Design Oy – only for the purposes for orders and customer service. We collect anonymous usage data to improve our service.
